A site based assessment and design of vehicle movement, machinery and equipment layouts/automation, product flow, people movement and waste management within the factory environment. This takes into account the interaction with high care and low care regimes, allergen control, environmental variables, hygiene and cleaning systems, all forming the basis of HACCP assessment.
